We are a couple and on Sunday we will arrive in Ninh Binh by night bus and will spend two days and one night there (we still have to book the homestay for the night) then with the train going towards Ho Chi Minh we would like to make other stops until we reach the old Saigon, visit the Mekong Delta and then return with a flight to HaNoi (visit it) and take the flight back to return home on March 25th, do you have suggestions we want to have authentic experiences with a family, if you know of beautiful and particular homestays or immersive experiences with local guides we are ready for any suggestions, thanks
