Has anyone had trouble with the Nostalgia hotel in Hanoi I received a email confirmation of my booking a few weeks ago then I sent an email today asking for an airport transfer and they now claim they are booked out and that I no longer have a booking any so I am due in Hanoi on Sunday and might not have a room for the 1st -4th of march any recommendations for the old 1/4 please

   The sad thing is I got a confirmation email that made me think everything was fine but apparently according to the hotel these don’t mean anything and they will and do cancel your booking with no notice
