What’s the exchange rate?
I suggest looking into getting a HSBC card and use HSBC atms. I remember once I was getting a better rate than the official exchange rate on Google! Usually these ATM’s are in popular spots (da nang, ha noi, hochi)
I got charged by VP and TP banks
You confirm this korea bank same as VP bank no charge Atm withdrawl fee ?
NIce. Didn’t know about this. There’s a Shinhan Bank at my residential building. Will try it sometime.
Vp bank don’t charge fees also can take out 20 million dong per transaction 💯💯
100 usd…3% is 3 dollars in a country where 100 last for days. I am sure nobody can go to an Atm and get 10000 usd to walk around
It’s not the ATM fees that most foreigners are concerned about, it’s the network security in a foreign country. Having your atm card or credit card compromised will be very difficult to obtain a new card replacement when you are traveling. That’s why I only carry cash and only use credit cards in large hotels, no merchants, no restaurants, no taxi or car hire. Had one bad experience 16 years ago and haven’t had any since paying $
and the fees in the other ATMs are?…..$1 or $2….Thanks. I will get my money at whatever ATM works and drink a Bia Viet while you are walking around looking for that ATM
Of course depending on your bank card agreement.
