Hi, I am trying to get an evisa for Vietnam in the website evisa.gov.vn. The ports of entry are not in the drop-down menu; therefore I cannot complete the application. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you

British don’t need a visa for Vietnam, if not exceeding 45 days.
Using the Government Visa website, my Passport seemed to upload fine, but my facial scan imported upside down.

It is fine to me.
Possibility of your file could be corrupted during editing. Take new one and try it again.

Out of interest what visa did you apply for and would you be UK passport holders?
Additionally,

A Tech Helper flipped the image, re-import, still upside down once imported.
The Tech Helper seemed to think it was something on the website end as the Passport imported correctly.
Anyone else experience this?

This just happened to me two days ago.
All data seemed to upload fine, and during payment, ZAP!
PAYMENT FAILURE.
There didn’t seem to be any way to fix things.
I agree 100% the best recourse seems to create a whole new application.
I did that today, used a different card, and all seemed well.

Unfortunately, if you do a search here for “payment failed” (switch from “relevance” to “date”) you’ll find many posts on this topic.
Have you made a new application each time the payment failed?
Appears to be impossible to pay an existing application once the payment has failed.
You need to start a new application from scratch.
