AEON an unexpected, huge shopping mall with all you could ask for from homewares, clothes; kids and adult, food courts, fancy restaurants, supermarket that stocks just about everything and indoor activities like bowling.
Food courts cater for children in the way of inbuilt high chairs in the tables, something that’s new to this traveller.
Great to visit on a midweek day, not busy at all. Very easy to get a table for lunch.
Shop assistants very helpful, many speak English and were more than happy to help me get on to the free WiFi. Instructions are all in Vietnamese 🤷♀️
Highly recommend and an extra plus is the air-conditioning, very comfortable experience.
Checked out a huge mall in Hanoi last weekend. So many shops, but I got lost trying to find the food court. Ended up with a solid bowl of bun cha.
Large malls with a few European and western shops, prices are the same as in Europe or even higher. Not really worth it!
So nice shopping mall in HaNoi. Everything is clean by Japanese style. Full of good quality products: moutain bike, bicycle, food, fresh fruit and vegetables. There are many stores for you to explore: Muji fashion, fahasha book store…and a lot of place for children to play.
The decorations of this shopping mall is well-organized. Highly recommend it for family with the kids 👍

Thank you!
Popped into Vincom Royal City last week. That ice rink was a fun surprise, but the food court was so packed I barely found a seat.
Lotte Center’s rooftop view was cool, but the shops were mostly high-end. Ended up grabbing a coffee and just chilling.
