I use Allianz (always have), type one diabetic (two hospital, admissions), six broken bones (annihilated, my leg, and ripped my foot off my leg) in the last two years, all declared as pre-existing on my insurance policy and I’m traveling in March. I have added the adventure pack on cause I like to live on the edge a little bit and my travel insurance was $250ish for the next trip.
Passport travel insurance is good they pay upfront medical
Self insured
