Has anyone used a Grab taxi to get from My Son to Hoi An?

Has anyone used a Grab taxi to get from My Son to Hoi An? Just wondering about getting a Grab there and then, after we’ve spent as long as we like there, we want to get a Grab back. Do they charge extra because they’re picking up from My Son ? Thank you

I used Get Your Guide for a minibus return to My Son from Hoi An the other day, cost around £7 and gave me around two and a half hours to explore which was just enough (hadn’t realised there were more ruins on the left side of the river while I sat by the main area snacking on crisps!)

Use a private driver. They will wait for you and are all the same price

GRAB has an option where you can rent a car from 2-8 hours and they will take you around where you want to go. We used it within DaNang for 4 hours to visit the Son Tran Marina and Lady Buddha. You might have to pay extra for the longer distances but maybe you could ask?

There are usually few Grab drivers in My Son. You should book a private car.

It’s very difficult to book a Grab car from My Son to Hoi An. Please book a car in advance to avoid waiting. If you need a driver, please message me.
