EDIT – thanks for all your comments. We had a really good flight. Took the advice and pre-ordered food. Has anyone flown Vietjet from HCM to Sydney? Just wondering if we will be given any food on the flight or whether to take enough snacks on the flight with us

We flew last year eco ticket no food but packed enough for the 8 hr flight. Was a night flight slept most of the way
Took bánh mì and Pizza 4P’s all the way from HCM to MEL… totally worth it 😂
Unless you pre order it or buy it on the plane you get nothing
Depends what booking you have if it’s a deluxe you do. Deluxe is nothing special
You get zero unless your deluxe passenger.
I have to Brisbane if I buy delux ticket than yes but if I buy eco ticket I have to purchase meal
I couldn’t tell you what a long haul international flight is like but I just flew from Hanoi to Da Nang & the seats were so cramped & uncomfortable. Like Virgin Blue & JetStar you have to pay for your food, although much more choices than the Aus airlines. You need to pre-order/purchase your food or it costs more on the plane. Good luck, I hope you don’t have long legs & you’re not overweight.
I fly from Brisbane and if you book a deluxe ticket, you get a meal and several bottles of water. You choose your meal on the plane, not on the ticket. Any snacks or other drinks are paid for but are very cheap. You can also bring your own food and snacks
You get nothing… also no entertainment or charging points
We have multiple times in last couple of months and one flight yesterday … and can honestly say they are bloody awesome
