I can go any time between January and March and my one non negotiable is actually seeing the karsts instead of a wall of grey fog. I know winter can be misty but I have also seen stunning clear photos from February.
If you had to pick one month for the best shot at blue skies over the bay, which would it be? And is there a month you would actively avoid?
