Laos great too
Finish Vietnam before doing Laos
Vietnam is a large country 3 weeks min and you still won’t see it all ( I am doing my 3rd trio in a few weeks , I would do vietnam as one trip and then next trip combine Laos and Cambodia 👍 I’ve been to all 3
I did Thailand Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, all fantastic, great people, lovely food, beautiful countryside
We did Luang Prabang, Vang Vieng and Ventiane then went to Ha Noi a few years ago. We liked Luang Prabang a lot.
Did north to south laos. 6 weeks total. It’s worth it, but don’t skip central and the south its the real Laos
I’ve not travelled between the 2 but Laos is amazing.
U can either travel from Bangkok to Laos, or Hanoi to Laos.
Savannahkhet, Pakse, Paksong, Bolaven Plateau are all beautiful and worthy of a visit in Southern Laos. Luang Prabang is quaint and a must visit. Vientiane has changed a lot in the last 2-3 years and has been heavily influenced with China.
Avoid spending time in Vientiane, other than that it’s great
