Yeah, it’s definitely cheaper if you ship through a shipping company in Vietnam such as Vietnam Post or Viettel Post. It costs around 15 bucks at most from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, but it takes 4–6 days.
No. VN postage to Australia is nuts. Just wear it. If you have time, buying excess baggage online is usually cheaper than at the airport.
