Hi everyone – I recently submitted our visas and received an email that they are processed. However in the process they have added an extra ‘s’ in my name.I know 100% I did not enter it like this and it did not auto correct. They also have my passport and have somehow in the process done thisIs this normal? How do I fix this?Really annoyed that I did the right thing and this is what I get back… feels very unprofessional 🤦🏼‍♀️
