No Fast Track needed in Hanoi.
It just depends on how long you can stand to wait. I arrived in Hanoi on Tuesday at 11 AM and I was through in less than 30 minutes. Some people are fine waiting and some cannot. Remember you’re not the only one to use fast track, so that line will get along as well so you might not save a whole lot of time. When I arrived last year at the end of December, I was through again in like 25 minutes.
