Some parts are closed not all. They have also a plan to move the train completely away from the city area. So train streets will eventually be closed in the future.
We were there yesterday

This morning…might reopen after 3/15 Election Day
Saw 2 trains yesterday between 11-12
I was there 3 day ago. Open.
