Just in Hanoi now and wondering which ATMs have the lowest charges or no charges? Are there golf shops in the old quarter that exchange money? Our hotel doesn’t want to say as they are tightening up on those places. Thanks for your input.

I tend to use Google maps to find ATMs. Many travelers are helpful in passing on details of the fees – particularly if they are high or low. BIDV was very expensive

Gold shops its illegal to change money now. I went to the VP Bank. Google its location. Across the street i changed Australia $ to VnDong
