Best ATM in HANOI?Does anyone know an ATM in Hanoi that allows large withdrawals with no local fees?I need to withdraw about 25,000,000 VND in one transaction if possible. I’m trying to avoid making multiple withdrawals so I don’t get hit with multiple fees from my bank.Has anyone successfully done this in Hanoi?Which ATM or bank is the best option? Thanks!

Many VP Bank ATMs either not working or out of cash. Limit is VND 2Million so need to do multiple withdrawals but no fees. We also found EximBank has no fees, same limit Per transaction.

You cannot withdraw 25M in one go using an ATM. The maximum for most ATMs is just 5M-10M.

If you’re still in the US, I’d recommend a Schwab debit card. They reimburse your ATM fees and there’s no foreign transaction fees. But, in general, you’ll get more bang for your buck if you bring USD (unmarked & fully intact) to exchange there for best rates.
