We are going to Cao Bang and would like to explore Nui Thung…maybe do some light hiking? I can’t find much information about it, would love to hear from someone who has been. Some context: We will need to hire a car and driver (any idea of approximate cost?) as we’re not experienced with motorbikes and have a 4 year old with us. The 4 year old also means that while we’re up for 2-3 hour hikes, we will not be doing anything too technical. An easy-ish route is best. Is there any horseback riding in the area? That’s also something we would consider if it were available.

    You will need a driver for the complete day, otherwise it will be difficult to get back.
