Got to be submitted individually, use one of the agents here since the site to apply for evisa is abit weird at times, vietnamembassy.org.au try to apply asap to avoid issues, click on the british flag for english
You have to proceed one by one person
We are heading to Vietnam tomorrow . We ended up going to a post office to get the photos done correct. After trying many attempts using our phone ,the photo was never correct. Good luck .

Hi Helen, This is the only official website where you can apply for the e-visa online by yourself: evisa dot gov dot vn (sorry facebook does not allow to comment with website link). Unfortunately, applications cannot be submitted together — each person must complete and submit their application individually. Cheers,
