Yes fir Klook, yes for booking and yes for grab … never ever had a problem with them
Can’t speak to the Klook experience, but for a backup transport app ‘Grab’ is often easy for a lot of overseas tourists visiting VN.
My experience with them was just soso, maybe it’s the agency’fault as I was put with a group of local older ladies and the tour guide struggled with English
I used Klook to book hotels, day tours, and transportation and I didn’t encounter any problems (so far).

Yes. I have been using Klook for very long time more than a decade for hotels, attractions, transportation depending on which country I will be in. I am going to Vietnam in June and I booked a transportation for Bana Hills back and forth a van from Klook. But for regular go around transportation I am going to use grab it’s cheaper
Nothing is 100% fool proof, when you’re a tourist.
I’d book with trusted local agencies for better communication, better price, and support local
