One thing you can’t control is the weather. Could be rainy season and be perfectly fine or summer season and pour with rain. Book it, Halong Bay is stunning, well worth it 👌

I went in August 2 years in a row, and it was great! I’m not sure about July. But I was watching the weather before I went. Just keep an eye on the weather and you will be good!
No. Not worth it at any time. There are far better places in Vietnam to visit. I likened halong bay to Disneyland with tourists by the thousands.
