Hi everyone, uncomfortable problem happened. Bit of a read.I’m a foreign lady and took a sleeper bus booked it on 12go via TP Booking and then had an uncomfortable situation with a shuttle van driver who drops people off to their hotels after. He said i could sit in the front when I tried to sit in the back i thought okay hes just being friendly. So he dropped off a couple and my hotel was 5 minutes from there, i was thinking he was taking me to mine next, but no he proceeded to drive further away hand motioning to the other people behind me to be dropped off, I thought strange but thought he would loop back, the next spot wasnt too far only 13 min from my hotel at a drop off point where people and packages got unloaded. I also move back since my bags got moved to the sliding door. Okay then hes driving to my hotel im thinking perfect finally. But then he stops like 5 minutes away I thought hes lost and he comes round to the sliding door and opens it, I show him on the map where it is but he keeps trying to talk to me, he doesn’t speak English much, so I get out my translator on my phone, he wants to take me sightseeing at 7pm i said no thank you, he says hes fond of me and kisses my hand, I pointed to my finger and said im married no thank you, please take me to my hotel. He said he wants to take me on a date i said no i want to rest and want to get to my hotel. I had to keep asking him to just take me to my hotel, Im super uncomfortable at this point cuz hes right in the doorway and I’m stuck in this van. Eventually after saying no many times he takes me to my hotel. So after all that im wondering what to do? I will reach out online on the app and a whatsapp number that msg me, but i dont want this happening to other women, theres no way a driver should be behvaing this way to anyone. Do women report this to the tourism police? Do they do anything or is that a waste of time? Or what should I do? Just leave a bad review and write my situation warning others?Any insight would be helpful thanks!×××Update××× I sent a message to 12go customer support and messaged the whats app number for tp booking, they are sincerely sorry for my negative experience and are reaching out to the company they used and handle the driver, I asked for the name so we will see if they give me that when and if they find out.🤞Now I gotta figure out where or how to file that police report in Hue? I would ask my hotel but I might be leaving it tmrw from a different situation, so that could make things confusing and im also doing some sight seeing tmrw. So maybe I will wait a day or so and see where I end up.Also one last thing, does anyone know how I can leave a review on 12go? There doesnt seem to be an option. I even tried to find the TP Booking online to leave a review and I cant find anywhere even though they are all over the booking sites. Not sure how people left reviews on 12go, I even asked chatgpt and it said it doesn’t let you.

Report him to 12go! Ask your hotel’s staff for help with reporting!
Do you have the driver’s name? The plate of the vehicle?
Oh my! So sorry that this happened to you 🩷 it shouldn’t have to happen to anyone! hoping you get this sorted out and wishing you a happy vacation
That is very scary and so sad for you. Please report this in the police so you can save other women in the future. Praying for you😭
I would report to the company you booked through. They will be able to identify
If you got any evidence that identifies him. Report him. Number plate. ID of his taxi. Anything. This type of behaviour is unacceptable. It puts the hard work of all the other genuine drivers down. Shame on him.
You must have been soo scared. I’m so sorry this happened. Wishing you a safe and enjoyable vacation going forward.
Go to the police and report him. Also report to his boss/company. That is completely unacceptable and he needs to be stopped before he escalates this with another vulnerable woman
In this situation call your hotel and get them to talk to him. Say he is lost and needs directions – this will stop any escalation.
113 is the police number in Vietnam. If it was me I think I will
