   Vietnam Airlines is notorious for this. I was able to pay using their app on my iPhone.

   Use Pay ID if it’s an option, seems to work fine with no fees. Airlines love to charge for card payments.

   Try using their App and login and do the booking. I used the App and the Credit Card payment went thru in the first attempt
