We have been using VP and TP banks but we have neither at this location. Vietcombank (VCB), BIDV, VietinBank, Agribank, MB Bank are our choices.     The best option is to make a deposit bank account at any of those bank

    We use MB mostly when in Hoi An. Use Worldwide Wallet which is same same as Wise. Thinks it a 3% fee which is next to nothing in the end.
