If you stay in district one, run in Thu Thiem, Sala
Parks in District 7, great security, low traffic and lots of green space. Other options are the Cal that runs along District 1 both Hoang Sa and Ben Van Doan in D4/D1 border, you can cross over on the walking bridge.
