I am organizing a 12-day journey that commences in Hanoi and would greatly welcome any suggestions regarding suitable neighbourhoods in each destination. Furthermore, any specific hotel recommendations would be highly appreciated.

Da Nang (3 nights)
Nha Trang (3 nights)
Ho Chi Minh City (3 nights)

Tet (Lunar New Year) is February 17 next year, so transportation, accommodation, etc will be impacted around a week either side.
Not saying don’t go, but you will want to plan ahead should you be going at that time.

First question- when is this trip taking place? 3 different areas in 3 different weather zones.
Second, I’d drop one destination, Nha Trang and add the extra time to the remaining 3 destinations.
