Hello, I’m applying for a Vietnam tourist e-visa, but it’s repeatedly sent back for amendments with the note: “Please provide the correct address of your accommodation and a contact phone number in Vietnam.” This has happened countless times, dragging on for over a month now.
- I’ve submitted the complete hotel name, full hotel address, and my personal phone number with the international code.
- Full hotel name + address + left the phone number field empty.
- Full hotel name + address + the hotel’s phone number.
I’ve also included a confirmed hotel booking that matches the exact address I provided.
I’m completely stuck and have no clue what to enter anymore!
It feels like they’re just rejecting it without outright saying so.
I’ve even tried different address formats, but it’s clearly the same place, e.g., JUSTAY The One Saigon Hotel, 45 Dang Thi Nhu, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, 700000, Vietnam.
Any suggestions on what I should use for the address?

We have same problem do ypu have any solution?
As LuKhaLay says above, except you can’t copy the whole address and paste it into the application.
Find the hotel on Google Maps and its address.
Copy the hotel name and street address into the form. The ward/commune is the next name, then District and Province/City. The drop-down lists are in the reverse order.
I have done all this, but I do not know what ward the hotel is in. How can I find that out?

Easy. Post the address. And many here can tell you the ward.
Hi would anyone please help confirm that I can use Ben Thanh Ward for Aquari Hotel, 9A-9B Thi Sách Street, Phường Sài Gòn, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam thankyou
991 Hoàng Sa, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Quận 3, VN
Can anyone please help to find the Ward/Commune for this address?

Doesn’t matter, if you have booked it yet..or not. Put some information in the fields.
This happened to me earlier this evening. I knew what I was looking for in the drop down menu for the district and ward because I completed the application for another visa last week which came through. I wasn’t sure whether it was an issue with the visa website today because on Friday I had different accessing the website and some other posters had commented on the possibility of them updating the website.
So I updated my own computer software and then came back an hour later to try again. The drop down list was available this time and I was able to complete the application ie the no data was no longer an issue.

Ok I’m glad I am not the only one – I will try tomorrow, but when you say that you updated your own computer software what did you do? I’ve tried on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge and both have the NO DATA problem.
Do what post 1 said, select the city from the list. It will then give you a list of districts to pick from and after that a list of wards.
I am getting the same error for Province/city, District and Ward/commune where it says NO DATA when I try to fill it out. Did you ever get this resolved? Thanks!
Select the window and scroll down to pick “HO CHI MINH City”
